Ha! Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll be there before you, sorry! I’ll have to steal your ideas instead, haha. So far I’m booked for three nights in Edinburgh since we arrive midafternoon the first day, but I can’t decide what all I want to do next. I hear such great things about the Isle of Skye, but I’m just not sure I want to spend so much extra time in the car to get there. At the moment I’m thinking about heading toward Fort William (stopping at Stirling along the way) and hanging there for a couple days, then heading up to Inverness/Loch Ness. But then I hear I need to go to Oban, or that Glencoe is better, or that I can’t miss St. Andrews, or ‘HOW COULD YOU SKIP SKYE?’ and I change my mind. I need to look up Islay — I don’t know anything about it!

I also totally want to find a castle hotel to stay at, ha!!!
