I am celebrating 8 years of having my Irish ‘pen pal’. I gave Maura and her friends a ride to MKE Irishfest and they sang happy birthday to me at midnight from the backseat of my car. She lives in Galway, is now a new mom and I hope to meet the little guy in 2017.

I am so proud of you, Kasey. The Sicilians around here have already heard all about you and your family’s big adventure!! They sure do make some killer pasta.
